Tough, sustainable, and cost effective; corrugated is still an excellent choice when it comes to inner-packing. On its own, or in combination with other packing solutions, corrugated is still one of the most common inner-packing materials in use today.

Chipboard is a cost effective, sustainable, and space saving alternative to corrugated for partitions and internal packaging.

Honeycomb is a light weight, cost effective, and sustainable alternative to build-up pads, wood, and foam. Honeycomb comes in a variety of cell sizes and heights, and can be die-cut and crushed, for both support and protection.

Molded Pulp is a competitively priced alternative to foam and corrugated, contains no harmful chemicals, and is completely biodegradable and recyclable. Molded Pulp can be custom molded as shown, or can be purchased in one of several stock forms.

The essence of Korrvu packaging is the strong, highly resilient low-slip proprietary film that surrounds your product, protecting it from shock and vibration.

Foam is still one of the most popular materials used for inner packaging. Even though foam can be one of the more expensive alternatives, and is one of the least sustainable, it is still by far the most versatile.

Plain corrugated - no print. As basic as it gets. All plain boxes still have a class stamp, the customer's part number, and the date of manufacture printed on the bottom flap.

Direct print on corrugated. Direct print is typically the least expensive and most widely used method for adding art. Even though one or two colors are common, Badger Packaging can provide up to four color print.

Full coverage direct print on corrugated. What appears like three colors is actually a full coverage black and red on white board. White ink is notorious for being chalky and a poor choice for direct print. Outside of labels, full coverage on white board is the best alternative to a direct print white.

Spot label (poster) mounted on corrugated. Spot labels are an inexpensive way to help your product stand out. Even though the example contains only a spot label, a combination of spot label and direct print are more the norm.

Full lithographic label (poster) mounted on corrugated. It is hard to argue the visual appeal of a full litho. More expensive than direct print, full litho's are still the best option for high-end print at lower volumes.

Regular slotted containers (RSC) are by far one of the more common and efficient styles. Most RSC's are produced with a glue joint where the printing, scoring, slotting, gluing, and unitizing are all done by one operation.

Full overlap containers (FOL) are similar to RSCs with the exception of having the flaps equal to the width of the box, providing additional layers of protection on each end. FOL's typically have their longest dimension as the depth to conserve material from the larger flaps.

One piece folders (OPF) are best suited for product with little depth, such as books or posters. OPFs are available as standard (pictured), or can include partial/full overlaps, dust flaps, or air cells for additional protection.

Five panel folders (5PF) are geared for products that are long with relatively small diameters. The 5PF's additional panel, added thicknesses, and horizontal corrugation, make for a tough, stackable, and puncture resistant container.

Full and partial telescoping containers (TELE) have a flat top and bottom, are easy to load, provide superior stacking strength, and can easily adapt to varying product depths.
